Locally, however, we saw a slight increase month over month from 29 to 34 listings on Golden Gate Point, for a current average list price of $1,379,171. This number of listings has also increased year over year from 21 to 34.
As far as sales are concerned, August of 2015 saw no closings, while 2016 had one – 551 Golden Gate Point sold for $850,000 on 8/25/16.
